The Sanctuary resort & Spa is located in the Nicoya Peninsula of Guanacaste, on the Pacific side.  Our beach, Playa Azul - the blue beach or as we like to refer to it "cobalt blue', some would say feels like "baby powder under your feet".  The ocean views from anywhere in the resort are both tranquil and serene. Our accommodations have all the amenities of home decorated with tropical decor and uncompromising views. Our spa services will smooth away all your cares and complete a state of harmony and balance between your body, mind and soul. We are also embraced by the beautiful tropical forest that is alive with the abundant Costa Rican wildlife, everything from Howler Monkeys, Sloths to the over 253 species of birds and of course our favorite...the Iguana's. We also anxiously await the arrival of the Olive Ridley Sea Turtles from laying their eggs to the babies trek to the sea.

Currently we have completed, sold, and are renting out, 20 units, which are located in the first 3 phases of units that we have developed. The units that we now are selling will be located in 4, seven story buildings, that are located about 200 yards from the beach. All units have gorgeous unobstructed views of the Pacific. On ground level there is parking and then the units start on level 2 of each building. From there, each story has 2 units and then the top level (seventh level) is a spectacular 3500 square foot, 4 bedroom/4 bath penthouse which occupies the entire floor. The standard units are 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1700 square feet and come FULLY furnished with furniture, appliances, window coverings, dishes, pots, pans, towels, beds.
